The hotel is perfectly located, next to Rialto bridge on Canal Grande. You can easily visit all the major touristic sites without any hassle. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with beautiful bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The breakfast, although not extensive, offers enough options to satisfy different tastes. Plus, the views from the common rooms are breathtaking, allowing you to enjoy the charm of the city.

The rooms can be a bit small for two people, making it a bit crowded at times.

The location was great, with everything within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions with ease.

The room we were assigned initially was not up to our expectations. The attic room had poor lighting, was cramped, and located up two flights of narrow stairs.

It was so close to everything, including the market, making it convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful suggestions and detailed instructions for our activities.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the edge of a busy part of the canal with restaurants on the doorstep. It is also near to the market and the picturesque Rialto bridge. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served is good. Additionally, there are balconies that offer a great view of the canal, and the bed in the room is spacious and comfortable.

Some noise from passing boats and occasional disturbances upstairs may be heard during the stay.

The staff were really good, providing friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. I especially appreciated their warm welcome as a solo traveler. The balcony on the third floor was an added bonus, offering a perfect spot for capturing amazing photos. The room itself was comfortable, with a large, queen-sized bed and a spacious shower.

While the hotel itself was fantastic, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. As a light sleeper, I found the canal view room to be a bit noisy with constant boat traffic and noisy engines.
